調(diào)心滾子軸承(chéng)是在有二條滾(gǔn)道的内圈和滾(gǔn)道為球面的外(wài)圈之(zhī)間,組(zǔ)裝着(zhe)鼓形滾(gǔn)子的軸(zhóu)承。調心滾子軸(zhóu)承具有兩(liǎng)列滾子,主(zhǔ)要承受徑(jìng)向載荷,同(tóng)時也能承受任一方(fāng)向的軸向(xiàng)載荷。有高(gāo)的徑向載(zǎi)荷能力(lì),特别适(shì)用于重(zhòng)載(zǎi)或振動(dòng)載荷下工作,但不能承(chéng)受純(chún)軸向載荷(hé)。該類(lèi)軸承(chéng)外(wài)圈滾道(dào)是球(qiú)面形,故其調心性能良好(hǎo),能補償(cháng)同(tóng)軸度(dù)誤差該類軸承。主要用于(yú)造紙(zhǐ)機械(xiè)、減速(sù)裝置、鐵(tiě)路車輛車軸(zhóu)、軋鋼機齒輪箱(xiāng)軸承座、軋(zhá)鋼機(jī)輥子(zǐ)、破碎(suì)機、振(zhèn)動篩、印刷(shuā)機械、木工(gōng)機械(xiè)、減速(sù)機、立式(shì)帶(dài)座調(diào)心軸承(chéng)。
